The Fairmont Royal York Hotel, Toronto, is located in downtown Toronto across from Union Station (train station).
The Royal York was originally constructed in 1929 and extensively renovated from 1085 to 1995. It is a distinguished downtown Toronto landmark.
The Fairmont Premier Rooms are twice the size of the Fairmont Deluxe, Fairmont, and Entree Gold rooms. Not division between bedrooms and sitting areas they provide a large comfortable area particularly convenient for families. Many have city views and some lake views are available on a request basis only.
Fairmont Deluxe rooms are on 10-17th floors. Same size as the Fairmont Rooms but have been more recently renovated.
Fairmont Rooms are mostly on floors 1-10. Traditional decor.
Standard Rooms are situated throughout the hotel and near elevators. Some rooms may be smaller than the Fairmont Rooms and may have limited city views.
There are 63 suites at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in a wide variety of configurations.

York's Station - Bar open for lunch and afternoon beverage service.
Meetings and facilities
A variety of conference rooms are available.
The Nineteenth Floor is designed for executive meetings of 10 to 50
attendees.
