  • . David Duchovny is starring in the weekly series "The X-Files".  He plays FBI agent Fox Mulder. 

    David Duchovny is a fine actor. David is of Scottish/Russian-Jewish heritage and was born in New York City. He was a quiet child growing up, but he was extremely intelligent and many times he was the brunt of his older brothers' jokes. David won a scholarship to the Collegiate Prep School in New York. From prep school, where he was a classmate of John F. Kennedy, Jr., David received a bachelor's degree from Princeton, a master's degree from Yale and was a step away from a Ph.D. in English Literature also from Yale. David Duchovny, Ph.D, well maybe some day. With just his dissertation waiting, David Duchovny left school and opted for the life of an actor. 

    David had a small role in the 1988 hit "Working Girl". It was his debut. A few films followed where he played the role of basic creep. Then "Twin Peaks", the popular TV series offered David Duchovny a recurring role as a cross-dresser. A step up? The "Red Shoe Diaries" on Showtime opened women's eyes to a new sex symbol, David Duchovny. He played the role of Jake and was the narrator of women's fantasies. 

    Sorry ladies, David Duchovny has taken a wife, Téa Leoni, star of TV's "Naked Truth". 

    In 1996, David Duchovny was chosen by People magazine as one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world.

Burns, Tom Arnold, Cameron Diaz, Lauren Holly.
