Background - Born in upstate New York, David's family moved to Philadelphia where his father was a weatherman at WPVI. Afer graduation from Ithaca College, David moved to the West Coast.
Discovered - David was discovered while walking his dog. A man who happened to be a manager noticed him and thought he had "the look".
TV exposure - David appeared in the comedy series "Married With Children" and in the TV movie,"Men Don't Lie".
"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" - As Angel in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" he plays the 242 year-old bloodsucker with a sensitive and sensual appeal. Quoting Boreanaz, "He's a vampire with a conscience." Angel is actually a good (?) vampire, and a romantic relationship is brewing with pal Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar). Stay tuned.
Films - David was in group scenes in the 1993 movie "Aspen Extreme" which starred Paul Gross (Due South) and Peter Berg (Chicago Hope).
