Scherling's Cowboy Cafe Restaurant and Showroom features the Red Hot
and Blue breakfast show, a nostalgic musical journey through the decades
from ragtime to rock and roll.
Cowboy Cafe Restaurant: Branson's
countrified version of the Hard Rock Cafe. Country memorabilia line
the walls, gold records, and sequined and beaded stage costumes from some
of Branson's famous entertainers. Lunch and dinner are served
- the house specialty, baby back ribs with cinnamon apples. Meals
include 'pass arounds', bowls of such succulent goodies as black-eyed peas,
fried okra, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, baked beans and fried potatoes.
There is also a dinner buffet of salad, vegetables, meats, chicken, barbecue
brisket, shrimp and pie. All good stick to the ribs, down-home cookin'.
