The Celebrity Theatre is the showcase of the world famous Platters. Their show is top quality and includes some of their greatest hits from Motown.

Theater:  The theater is a wing of the hotel at Lodge of the Ozarks Entertainment Complex.  The theater consists of a nightclub, a dinner-theater which is part of the balcony, and another nightclub showcasing local talent.

The dinner-theater has tables arranged in tiers facing the stage.  There is a bar in the upstairs lobby.

Seating:  1,500.  Seating downstairs is comfortable, but there are some obstructed seats along the aisles three quarters of the way back.

Handicap access:  Good

Open: Celebrity Theatre in Branson is open during the winter.

Location: The Celebrity Theatre is located at the Lodge of the Ozarks just across from Jim Stafford Theatre.

Philip Wellford
Emmy winning comedian, Philip Wellford, has them rolling in the aisles. His act is filled with comedy, juggling, and always new surprises.

Platters
The Platters stand out as one of America's greatest and most popular pop vocal groups.  Their performances are pure gold as
they vocalize some of their solid gold hits of the Fifties, "Only You", "The Great Pretender", "My Prayer".  They take audiences
on a musical journey of some of their more than 38 top hits stylizing into the Nineties.

Club Celebrity
Enjoy after hours fun at the Club Celebrity with "Celebrity Players", a dance band, featuring Eric Steele, Larry Alfred, Jeff Barker, BIll Martin. Fridays and Saturdays 9:30 pm to 1 am.
